Finally Staff Selection Commission (SSC) going to conduct Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination for the recruitment of Data Entry Operator(DEO) and Lower Division Clerk(LDC) posts. In this articles, we are going to give all details to apply for SSC LDC & DEO Recruitment 2014.
Exam Date: For LDC posts examination will be conducted on 9 November, 2014 and for DEO posts exam will be conducted on 2nd November, 2014.
Education Qualification required: Candidates should be passed minimum 12th class from recognized board/university.
Selection Procedure: First written objective type examination will be conducted. Qualified candidates will be called for data entry sill test or typing test.
Application Fee: Application fee of rs. 100 is payable through CRF stamps for Off line application or you can also use sbi challan. For online payment, you can use sbi net banking or credit/debit card. No application fee chargeable for Women and SC, ST, Physically Handicapped, Ex-Servicemen candidates.
Vacancies: Total 1996 vacancies will filled via chsl examination 2014 in which 1006 vacancies are for Data Entry Operators and 991 vacancies are for Lower Divisional Clerk.
Age Limit: Age of applying candidates for both SSC LDC and DEO posts should be in between 18-27 years. as on 1st August, 2014. Please download official notification given below to know age relaxation for other categories.

- Offline Method: download the application form given at end of the notification , then take print out and fill the form with correct details and then send it to concerned Regional Office/Sub Regional Offices of the Commission as given in advertisement.
- Online Method: To apply online, visit online ssc website www.ssconline.nic.in. Now click the "examination" link. Now click on "click here" link to apply for Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination 2014. Fill all details carefully and submit the application form.
- Last date for part-I Registration : 14th August, 2014
- Last date for Part II Registation : 19th August, 2014
- Last date for submission of Application for Remote Areas : 26th August, 2014
- Last date for payment through Offline challan : 21st August, 2014
